These traits allow me to identify areas of improvement to help realise business objectives. Some examples of the accomplishments these abilities have secured include my creation of process maps, user guides, and documentation of operations business processes, where I determined areas for improvement across team practices and procedures. I also devised Salesforce reports and developed a team dashboard that contributed to increased efficiency of service level agreement (SLA) monitoring. I additionally have experience applying Scrum framework across all planning, estimates, and client schedule management, and have managed Waterfall projects as well.
