• Providing IT support to end users, including support of software, hardware, operating systems and internal systems.

Full Biography

I have over 5 years of experience working in IT and Networking. Currently, I work as a Network Engineer, improving traffic flow, maintaining service uptime and swapping out older switching equipment. As well as general route IT maintenance, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Helpdesk and server management.

Previously, I worked as a Director/Technician of my own business, jackIT Limited, where I repaired and resolved issues with mobile devices, computer repairs and supporting small businesses.

Competencies: Cisco Systems, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, VMWare, Windows Servers.

Currently working towards my CCENT Certification.
