This job entails many different roles and skills. I provide customer service to clients who call in about issues with their computers, printers, email servers, etc. I perform occasional PC and server upgrade projects for clients as needed. I provide advice on technical issues and potential changes. As such it is important that I stay up-to-date with current technology. Another aspect of my job is performing data restores when clients lose files or emails or a server goes down. Also keeping the backup servers in optimum shape is a big part of my day-to-day tasks.
