Computers don't hold all of the answers,
neither do I
but when a problem comes around
I'll never give up and won't hide underground
When I was younger I took part in a Girls in Engineering, Mathematics & Science program, which sparked my interests in technology, robotics, and rocketry. I started working in the field of Information Technology in 2014 providing international and remote support revolving around: primarily Windows OS Dell, ThinClient, MAC OS X workstations, NComputing devices, ERP troubleshooting, AD management, various kinds of printers, scanners as well as supporting in-house manufacturing applications.
Additionally, I have created SharePoint landing pages, graphics, and have established IT documentation spaces plus foundational training standards for employees concerning security, Windows tips, and tricks, etc. I have heavily supported a wide array of applications across departments, environments i.e. a walk-up TechBar, Engineering CAD software also:. SolidWorks, 2FA, Citrix, IFS, Exchange & O365 administration and have always enjoyed challenging problems overall. I have familiarity with PowerShell commands, C++, HTML (web design) and have worked with a wide array of email clients. I am familiar with Bluebeam and a wide array of applications tied to design. I have maintained budgets, managed license purchases, and have handled inventory acquisitions for IT Departments.
I enjoy learning from fellow EE members in our community as I continue to grow overall in the world of Information Technology. While I love to draw cartoons, design, read, play chess, and write in my free time, IT is a vast and amazing field. Essentially, you learn something new almost every day which is incredibly valuable and fun.
