I have worked in the field and on the phone as a hardware troubleshooter. I also have 2 degrees PC Service and Advanced PC service from NRI correspondance schools. Currently I am employed at a sister company of General Electric called National Tech Team and am a rsource agent - providing secondary trouble-shooting and assisting the other TSRs on the floor
