I am a Dell certified technician as well as holding an A+ from CompTIA.

I enjoy troubleshooting complex issues and learning more about computers and networks. I have moved up considerably within my company since I started with Centene in 2015 as a Data Entry Clerk, then an IT Support Technician and now finally as a Sr. IT Support Technician. I oversee large projects and am the sole technician at my site.
