I am an I/T Specialist at IBM Canada since 2005. My specialties include Java development (J2SE, J2EE including JSP/Servlets/EJB/etc) as well as general web development, ASP development and touch of PHP. I also do a lot of work with Sybase and have intimate knowledge with stored procedures for it, Oracle and MS SQL.

My development roots are from programming MUDS in C when I was younger After that I learned C++, Basic, Visual Basic then ASP development. I learned Java over a three year technical degree at Dawson College in Montreal, Quebec.

Being an I/T Specialist means I get to run into new challenges and tasks and take away a lot of knowledge on a large variety of topics. We are often asked to work on things that basically don't fit into any category, and as such our knowledge base is ever expanding.
