Technical Services manager – Supervise and lead the regional engineers, ensure the efficient function, security, and recoverability of all client computer networks (voice and data), desktop computer, and server systems. Perform research and provide recommendations regarding the implementation of new desktop, server network, and telecommunication systems that have potential to improve staff efficiencies and effectiveness. Help create/maintain client operational and strategic plans.
New Business Technical lead – Assess, document, report and onboard all new clients. Manage each stage from the initial data and requirements capture to final network stabilisation and BAU. Daily Operations – Design and implement the monitoring of all client systems. A pre 6am check including Server, Raid set, Drive size, Anti-virus, Event Log, MSA/Storage, Backup Jobs and replication. The reporting to clients by SMS/Telephone in the even of system failure or via email with complete overview.
Project Management/Technical Lead - Manage, support, design and deploy client infrastructure upgrades. Present project technology platforms are cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), Virtualization (Microsoft/Vmware), Networking (Cisco/WatchGuard), Infrastructure hardware Refresh (HP/Dell). Email & SME Infrastructure migration to Office 365
