I'm a talented engineer able to design, build and operate from small to large scale IT oriented services.

My 'reverse engineer' capabilites and 'out-of-the-box troubleshooting' techniques allows me to take the lead in incident investigations and identify the root causes in complex, distributed environments.
I'm obsessed in creating deployment scripts, tools and processes so that systems are deployed, supported and upgraded in a similar and efficient way.

Plan, design and conduct proof of concept projects with new technology, present proposals, documenting platforms, processes and contribute too knowledge bases are other areas where I also receive big compliments from customers.

My strongest skills are around Microsoft technologies and VMware, but I as an IT enthusiast I also have many other good skills around diferent other technologies from hardware, networking, Cisco, Linux and Mac, Databases or Business applications or and the integrating all of those... it's quite a long list ! :)

My approach to work is:
- If I can touch the technology, I can master it.
- There is allways space to improve (event the most perfect system/process)
