Attended vocational high school for business applications (most of my time went to web design and MACROMEDIA mx suite - for those who remember) and graduated 2005. Joined the military after high school and worked in logistics. Started in IT support in 2009 and have learned what I know via experience. Currently support a small-medium size school, with approx 1000 students and 200 staff. Mostly Windows environment, couple Linux boxes, VMware, anything involved with maintaining a network. By no means would I ever claim to be an expert, but I enjoy helping people and if it’s something I’ve done... why not share.
