A friendly, upbeat and personable personality, I am just as much a Customer Support Specialist as I am a Sr. Mac Support Specialist. I come with actually 14 + years of technical experience first getting my start in the PC realm, which has been (and still is) a valuable experience for me.

But since my growth into the Apple arena, all things Apple has become a passion for me and I can see Apple reaching new heights as their company continues to provide the world, outstanding products and services. I still enjoy the PC realm a great deal, always learning and experiencing new technology, but because of my growth and development of the customer base I personally have being Mac Users, I have spend a great amount of time and energy to educating as well as empower anyone who wishes to know, all about Mac.

I hope to be a good addition to this explosive, exciting community of techs of different and multiple disciplines from all over the world.
