I am an Information Technology professional with 15 years experience in the field, and during this time I have worked in almost every area of IT. I have years of experience at all levels of technical and customer support; I have worked all levels of the help desk, from first line call taker to escalated and third level support. I also have years of experience with the most popular network and desktop operating systems and software packages, and the hardware they run on. I have years of experience with project management at every level; from designing, implementing and maintaining web sites to the design, implementation and support of large remote (including international) offices. I have also spent many years in the area of enterprise wide project and software distribution. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and have continually taken IT courses in different products and technologies to broaden the breadth of my knowledge and experience. Currently I am the Director of IT Services for Laser Resources LLC in Des Moines, Iowa.
