I am a specialist BA who specializes in cross-functional projects, working with Accounts Receivable colleagues, to Commercial Managers right through to Operations Managers and Human Resource executives!

I thoroughly enjoy using data (resident Excel Guru and go to guy!) to drive business decisions throughout the entire business. Some highlights include (too many to list):

Finance; building models for Accounts Receivable, RFP assistance, Business Intelligence (Power BI)
Commercial; pricing analytics, sensitivity analysis, annual tariff reviews
Operations; EBA negotiation support, Labour modeling, Scheduling and Staff Resourcing
Human Resources; Supplier Management, rate card centralization,

If you have got this far I have also centralised billing for 5 separate states and saved a few trees in the process (think printouts and manual work reduction)
