Native Panamanian, 23 years old, with experience in IT support field.

Dedicated half of my live studying software and still learning in hardware faculties. Currently I am an advance tech support and I am usually trusted with high level issues on my area.

I can also give advice if it's required, I personally enjoy helping people and I do know how to deal with any kind of personalities, except the ones that insults and trolls others.
