I am a software support specialist for a large marketing firm. I am in support corporate packages such as Kronos, MAS 200, and the like. I also do desk side support as needed. In the past I have done much support with other programs such as Outlook, QuickBooks, Peachtree. I Have performed many data conversion using Access and Excel into various accounting packages. I have been in tech support for 4 years now.
