I am a technical advisor for our infrascture team, my main role is to manage and setup M365, especially MS Teams and Exchange in order to prepare to migrate our migration from a third party provided Exchange service to our own M365 Exchange solution.

Our role is to analyse the organization's business processes and automate them using a SharePoint platform as well as various tools such as Nintex Workflows, Infowise and InfoPath forms, PointFire translation, DocAve and Sharegate. We also work with the Information Management team to align the workspaces with the file classification plan and retention policies.
