During my time at South & Associates I was assigned to the Bankruptcy Division of the firm. As a paralegal, Analyzed with due diligence all materials regarding every aspect of case matters involving client's interests. Applied research, knowledge of each Local Rules and various court's preferences to prepare and efile petitions for three bankruptcy attorneys while reporting directly to the department head attorney. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of electronic discovery and identifying those of a time sensitive nature. Served as a liaison by corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, the Trustee and other interested parties regarding case issues. Collated information to serves as reference in the exhibits of motions, applications, notices, and memorandums. Executed payment to various courts for fees incurred by the firm. Revised documents, exhibits, charts and diagrams and was responsible for creating, updating and maintaining each individual attorney's case calendars as well as hearing, trials and court calendars. Provided training to entry level case assistants .
