Empire Visuals is a start-up which I founded in May 2012, and am preparing for launch by the beginning of April 2013.

Within my role as Technician/Production Manager at Replik, I developed techniques for laser engraving on glass. Due to my efforts, Replik became an industry leader in this domain, which had been underdeveloped up to this point. In addition to glass, I had a direct hand in the development of other substrates as suitable production materials. Working at Replik allowed me to develop and grow as an individual and a professional as I had many hats to wear. In addition to installing, maintaining, and operating the machinery (Laser, Wide Format Printer, CNC), I touched on many other aspects of the day to day operations of the business. These experiences lead directly to the establishment of Empire Visuals when Replik closed it's doors.
