- Day-to-day maintenance of productions systems including JD Edwards, DSI and Biztalk.
- Support and ensuring system service levels on an on-call rotation basis.
- Deploy production code and configurations during system downtimes.
- Determine root causes of problems and not simply fixing them.
- Work with monitoring systems and teams to ensure that server health is assured.
- Support in communicating and documenting all related changes
