Over 35 years of computer experience - 100% "hands-on" learning.  Managed a local Internet Service Provider business for 5 years back in the late '90's.  Currently operate a computer repair business out of my home in upstate New York - manage several small networks for physician offices and small businesses in my area - and provide a moderate amount of support for routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
