Technical background involves Electronics and Computers. Electronics were a subject in school. Computers involved both Hardware and Software, with hardware troubleshooting, repairing and building. Natural knack for troubleshooting mixed with a good combination of persistence. Got involved with Remote Computer Support over since 2006 and never looked back. Appreciate this technology and capabilities. Looking forward to seeing how this technology will change with Quantum Computing and Augmented Reality..
