More bioWhen I was posing for a picture at the North Pole in a Hawaiian shirt, I never thought life would bring me to this point.
As the second oldest of six kids, I knew a lot about responsibility and personal achievement. When I graduated High School, I was unsure how I would prepare for a career, since I had no money for college. Uncle Sam was kind enough to offer me a quality education as a Naval Nuclear Machinist Mate and I jumped at it. My intention was to put in my 20 and advance as far as I could. Life changed that plan too.
While I was in the service, I started working with computers and found I really enjoyed that type of work. When I left active duty, I decided to re-career myself and work in the IT field. I have worked deploying many different environments for everyone from a 2 person accounting firm to Fortune 500 companies. I have a passion for Virtualization, Windows AD and Exchange, and storage. I know enough about networking to understand what I need to support the environments I configure.
I am currently working as a Solutions Architect at Conversant Group. I support the sales team in working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop a long term plan for meeting those needs and overcoming their pain points. We strive for our customers to believe their companies are better off for having a relationship with Conversant Group.
