Responsible for administering a Windows 2003 network with Cisco routers and firewalls, as well as maintaining desktops, servers, printers,phone systems, AV systems and new mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones. Currently working to design and implement a new agency wide database system for client management. Extensive troubleshooting experience in working with new and legacy technology. Also responsible for accessible technology resources.
