1.Create and manage the vision and strategy to take the operations to the next level of maturity
2. Develop a scalable operations model with a well-documented roadmap, goals and objectives
3. Design and implement innovative and robust processes and system management practices; maintain applicable certifications and standards
4.Define Key Performance Index (KPI) for the datacenter mission critical facility operations and manage to those KPIs
5.Work in partnership with business units, IT leaders and vendors to provide highly reliable, secure and cost effective infrastructure and operations services
 6.Develop strategic plans and practices that support integrated and progressive infrastructure and operations to best meet current and future business needs
 7. Implement best practices for infrastructure services including proven infrastructure methodologies, service management processes and operational support
 8. Ensure monitoring, measuring and reporting of service performance against service level objectives, customer satisfaction and financial goals
 9.Ensure appropriate systems and service continuity plans are defined, in place and exercised regularly
 10.Continuously improve operations and performance across all service areas
 11.Manage suppliers that provide hardware, software, maintenance and support for highly technical and complex systems
12.Ensure proper negotiation with vendors and make recommendations on strategic and tactical decisions concerning computer servers and office automation equipment and support
