I am a highly motivated Developer and Business Analyst with 20+ years of experience, looking to share my knowledge and skills in a telecommute position coding, performing business analysis, or creating documentation.  You will be glad you hired me!        

As a SAP Crystal Reports Developer, I have practical experience creating complex SQL queries and connecting to the data sources such as Oracle, SQL Server, Pervasive 9, MS Access, Excel / CSV, XML, and DB2/400.   As a PL/SQL Developer, I have created sophisticated procedures, packages, triggers, and views over Oracle database systems.  As a Business Analyst, I have expertise using Microsoft Office Suite to create documentation, Visio diagrams and flowcharts, project plans, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Rewrote customer facing Crystal Reports for Schilling Graphics manufacturing company again Syspro software.

Configured Visual CUT software to merge output from Matrix LIMS with critical lab result PDFs, creating one cohesive PDF with TOC, bookmarks, with date stamp, and re-pagination.

Developed 100% of the Crystal Reports for the Las Vegas Springs Preserve (e.g. Omni Ticket, Raiser’s Edge), Planview Project Management System, and Remedy Helpdesk System.  Also, created reports for Matrix LIMS.

Performed Business Analysis, Designed, coded, and delivered a system to track Bureau of Reclamation water allotment/assignment to/for Southern Nevada water agencies (e.g. City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, Las Vegas Valley Water District).  The application connected water allotment entities and projects with water delivery entities and actual usage to manage water allocation and control planning and development activities and restrictions.

Retrofitted the Utility Billing to support multiple tiered billing.  Managed and executed project including design and development.
Designed and created utility billing application rate structure to support new and projected billing rate changes as well as information to support complex rate and consumption analysis.

Functional and Testing lead for enterprise-wide document and records management systems replacement.   Created a 350+ page technical/functional requirements document detailing architectural components, functional capabilities, and workgroup requirements.  Gathered requirements, performed business and technical analysis, and facilitated testing and training activities.

Implemented Cognos, via a third-party product called HR Analyzer, to track Human Resource Metrics.

Created multiple membership websites using products using website builder and products such as NING.  Performed coding in HTML, CSS to improve site aesthetics and to publish content.  Setup Constant Contact templates and mailing groups.  Setup Facebook and Twitter accounts and tracked sites traffic via Google Analytics.

Created online business.  Setup eBay storefront, setup auctions, managed customer sales, and coordinated vendor shipping.
