Full responsibility for company's three main database servers (back-ends for ColdFusion 8 intranet, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, and SharePoint WSS 3.0): updated from SQL Server 2000 to 2005, set up the company's first SSRS server and created financial reports with the Director of Finance, set up backup and maintenance plans.
Created a job tracking system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 for a large project with the FDIC. Analyzed project processes at all levels of the internal and client organizations and made recommendations on system changes and improvements. Selected and managed a SharePoint contractor.
Given full responsibility for the company's ColdFusion job management intranet site: updated from CF5 to CF8, repaired broken functionality and added new features. Replaced HTML reports with SSRS.

Contract position to develop Microsoft Access projects (Access front-end with SQL Server back-end) to support new energy efficiency projects managed by EGIA.

(dates concurrent with Colliers) to re-engineer an aging Access/SQL Server system for tracking cell tower site construction projects. Interviewed personnel in the Executive, Administration, and Operations departments to map requirements and define scope-of-work. Made extensive use of SQL Server triggers and views to transfer operations from the client desktop to the server. Created a more robust, flexible system with one tenth of the original VBA codebase, along with more useful and attractive reports.
