More bioYes, I am Sembee. This account has been created with full approval of Experts Exchange.
Admin of the Microsoft Exchange Server Group: https://www.experts-exchange.com/groups/Microsoft-Exchange-Server.html
Number One Microsoft Exchange expert on Experts Exchange - earning over 31 million points.
Microsoft MVP in Microsoft Exchange since 2005.
In the UK? Then you can hire me to work on your Exchange server, troubleshooting, deployment, upgrades, monitoring. See below.
Contact me through my company web site at http://www.sembee.co.uk/
Please note that I cannot work on systems either physically located outside of the UK or where the owner of the systems has no legal status in the UK.
IT Consultant in the UK, based around 50 miles outside of London in in Oxfordshire.
I have been in IT since 1998, doing network and systems administration.
Areas of specialism include Microsoft Exchange, Windows 20xx servers and general networking.
During the first time at Experts Exchange, posting as Sembee, I was rookie of the year in 2004, and expert of the year for 2005, 2006 and 2007. I also answered the most questions on EE in 2005 and 2007. I was a zone adviser for the Exchange Server topic area until I ceased posting with that account in early 2008.
As Sembee I was first to each million point mark from 7 million to 21 million overall on Experts Exchange.
I then posted throughout 2009 as Mestha, picking up almost 7 million points in a single year winning every quarter as expert of the year and generally being a complete point monster, before retiring again at the end of 2009.
I then resumed posting in August 2012, after being asked to return by certain people outside of the management of EE. This account was created with permission from EE, and I have asked not to be considered for any of the awards or accolades the site offers.
Many of my answers are based on articles on my web site: http://exchange.sembee.info/
I also have a blog http://blog.sembee.co.uk/

Experts Exchange policies
--------------------------
I operate a number of personal policies on Experts Exchange, due to the high volume of questions.
If you close a question and don't award me points, I unsubscribe.
I don't touch 50 point questions.
If you ignore me, I unsubscribe.
I always challenge C grades.
I do look at every question that appears in the Exchange Server topic area.

In the UK? HIRE ME!
----------
As an independent IT consultant, I am available to work on your network.
- Interested in getting Exchange for your business?
- Already have Exchange/SBS but need an upgrade (hardware and/or software)?
- Feel that your investment isn't providing you with the benefits that you were expecting?
- Want to do more with Exchange - mobile working, Blackberry integration, secure deployments?
- Has someone else proposed a solution and you would like a second opinion on the suitability of the proposal?
- Do you provide Exchange to your clients but would like to boost the support and service that you can offer to them?
If yes, then you can hire me to work on your Exchange environment.
If you are an IT Support company, then I can work on your client's systems or be available "on retainer" to answer your questions on behalf of your clients.
A particular speciality is bringing SBS Servers up to date. If you have acquired a new client whose SBS Server doesn't have the service packs and looks like it was taken out of the box three years ago and hasn't had any work done to it, then I can update and clean up the server - usually at a fixed rate (I have done it so many times I know how long it takes and what is involved).
As one of a handful of UK based Exchange MVPs I have a solid track record in supporting, deploying and maintaining Microsoft Exchange server - my answers here on EE are an indication of the depth of knowledge I have.
Support is available either on site, or by remote control using RDP/LogMeIn Rescue or your own solution. Remote support is charged in 30 minute blocks and can be very cost effective for resolving annoying problems.
I can also offer you an ongoing support agreement, providing as little or as much support as you require. This can include remote monitoring, remote support, email relay server, backup MX records and other useful services.
I cover all versions of Exchange since Exchange 2003, as well as their SBS variants. I can also setup your new server on VMWARE if you wish.
For details on rates and availability for all aspects of Exchange and network administration, please contact me through the company web site at http://www.sembee.co.uk/
PLEASE NOTE that for insurance and contractual reasons I am only available for work on machines located in the UK with a UK billing address.
