I have over 20 years of customer service in electronics. In addition to customer service,  I have 10+ years of Technical Support and Call Center experience in a number of technical fields.

I have worked for the US Air Force via DoD as a Subcontractor , for the 30th Weather Squadron as a Field Technician with Security Clearance to VFB.

I worked in the Car Audio field for 10 years and have been factory certified by Rockford-Fosgate, Earthquake of California, Clarion, and JL Audio.

I enjoy the hardware side of computers more than the software side (I do know my way around software) and have and continue to buy and build machines from Government Surpuls and other auction sites.  

I completed 65 units towards a Mechnical Engineering degree at Califronia Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) before deciding to enter the work force.

I have always had a passion for anything tech/science related.  My parents are both teachers (English and Chemisty) so science and education were always encouraged.
