- Created software licensing policies to manage licensed software installs and uninstalls through SCCM via Powershell.  With this system we were able to automate uninstalls of unlicensed software as well as automate licensed software installs via AD groups.

- Worked closely with vendors to make sure our software was up to date and performing properly.

- Created Powershell scripts for a variety of tasks ranging from software installs, uninstalls, updates, and more.

- Worked with SCCM to manage software deployments throughout the state and run detailed reports on system information.

- Created and fine tuned images for use throughout the state depending upon department and branch.

- Create documentation on all processes used within SCCM as well as documentation for written scripts that were uploaded to our local GIT repository.

Full Biography

I have 9 years of experience in the IT field with a very broad skill set as I've worked with everything from desktops, servers, laptops, tablets, and phones to routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, spam filters, and VOIP phone systems.  My experience with a very fast-paced MSP has allowed me to expand my knowledge of the field tremendously.  If there's something I don't know, I make it my mission to figure it out.
