Tech support for Mac and Win95 (and alittle NT) in the k12 environment for 4 yrs now with another 4 yrs before that helping non-profits as a novice tech. Which means you get to see everything sooner or later you see everything and have little help. I now have trained most of our staff of tech's and counted on as the one they go to when they can't fix it themselves.
