I am the senior help Desk Analyst (Team lead) for a large corporation.
I run a Help Desk and I am the 2nd level support for the company as well, some of my responsibilities include:
Setup and configuration of a WSUS Server for the organization. Also the deployment of all Microsoft Security Patches and Updates.
I take care of all the company's Imaging needs; this includes Servers and Workstations (laptop's and Desktop's).
Company Wide Security-
Deployment and management of PGP Desktop WDE, and enhancing the security of all computers (e.g. Adjusting Windows 2000, XP and Vista to be as secure as possible).
I also write the entire "How To" documentation for the Help Desk crew (e.g. Password Policy issues a user may face, and multiple solutions step by step Instructions).
I perform many more functions for this company and other clients I represent, and will update when I have the time...
