I have been in the Computer / EDP / ADP / Automation / IT (the name changes as rapidly as technology evolves) field for 30+ years.  I graduated from Gateway Technical College (then Kenosha Technical Institute) when several of the courses involved wiring/programming electromechanical machines.  Over the years, I have been a mainframe COBOL, IBM Assembler, and PL/1 programmer, an IBM MVS systems programmer, and an instructor of computer programming to adults.  Most recently, I have been developing web sites for my organization using HTML, Javascript, PL/SQL, and Oracle Designer/2000.  Along the way, I have designed and written many macros and VBA programs for the WordPerfect and Microsoft office suites.  I currently head up a team of web developers who develop web applications using several methods, including HTML, Javascript, and Java.
