I work with my son under the umbrella of our own company (Recto Verso Ltd) that we formed in 2002 in the UK.  We install and maintain networks, servers and PCs for small businesses, as well as writing bespoke Access applications for organisations.   I have been writing databases in Access for 12 years, with each new project breaking fresh ground.  

We also produce an Access application called TrainTrack for recording and reporting on the peculiarly UK-specific National Vocational Qualifications which sells fairly regularly in small numbers through user recommendation.

I don't consider myself an expert, as I believe that there are very few true experts. However, I have been greatly helped by other Experts-Exchange members (Jim Dettmann in particular) and would like to pass-on some of the things I have learned, if they are of any use to others.
