Having collated all my computer, sales and accounting experience together with being made redundant from my prior employment I decided to go it alone and create my own company.  Built from the ground up I have grown my company from purely my staff to a team of 5 staff with a modest turnover.  Focus is mainly based on business support, maintaining on-going contracts with SME's.   We do a lot of IT infrastructure analysis for small companies, and design and implement new systems, with following ongoing maintenance.  My duties involve day to day running of the company, managing staff, maintaining relationships with clients, performing call outs, remote assistance.  Installing networks and maintaining servers, both our own and our clients.  Finance & accounting, business planning, procurement, budget analysis and forecasting, and sales.
