9yrs working in Technical Support, 1st and 2nd level.

Netware and Active Directory networking environments.  AS400 and .NET environments, Windows workstations from 3.11 to Vista.

Have moved from Netware 3 through 4 to 5.1 and then on to Active Directory.  Support over 600 users on Windows workstations, various hardware, various software.

Support of VNC, Lotus Notes, and all MS Office products including Visual Studio.
Flash author (as in I write Flash-enabled projects, not that I wrote Flash).
