Provide advanced technical assistance to faculty, staff, and
students of BC. Use of extensive technical knowledge to create
procedures for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing
complex system failures.
Create and implement process and procedure for configuration
and imaging of campus equipment in offices, lecture rooms, and
labs.
Oversees and assigns work to student workers
Responsible for system administration of campus VOIP system
including user setup, phone install, updates/upgrades, voicemail
configuration, emergency notification and all peripherals.
Configures, installs, maintains, and performs advanced
technical troubleshooting on campus network equipment and
cabling infrastructure
Provides advice and acts as a consultant in assistance of
network, telecom, and computer systems for other technology
staff.
