Support production IT devices in the assembly, paint, and body shop floor areas. Over 1,000 devices supported including but not limited to wireless bridges, laser and dot matrix printers, desktop and laptop computers, proprietary production machines, and multiple PDA/scanner devices. Responsible for swift error resolution on all supported devices with a general SLA of 3 hours or less.
