Other than my regular responsibilities as a Premier Field Engineer (noted below), my new responsibilities as a Senior Engineer include:
-Searching for and interviewing potential candidates
-Design mentoring plans and mentoring fellow colleagues
-Develop and deliver internal and external training content to fellow colleagues and customers
-Ensure that the customers we serve realize their full potential through Microsoft's software, services and hardware by aligning Premier Services to customer's needs.
-Assist and lead Social events, such as Conferences, User Groups and others.
-Provide dedicated 24/7 support to some of our larger accounts.
