Full Biography
I am the desktop support guy. I have around 40 users and about 60 machines (all Dell) to manage. I have small network running win2k3 on 5 machines, 1 server hosts 3 VM's running AV, print, DNS, DC, and DHCP; 2 servers in a cluster for exchange; 1 file server; and one for the other half of the DC and DNS.
