Thrive in teams but are perfectly capable of driving my tasks alone. Do not mind coordinating tasks with other teams or business units. Can function as Scrum Master too if needed. Can be quite persistent when needed in order to solve an issue. If I am not fully qualified for an assignment or task – I am more than happy to strive to obtain the needed competences.

I love to aid in creating success and is often quite creative when it comes to ideas for possible solutions – even if this is not inside my area of responsibility and expertise. I have a reputation of getting things done – even if they seem stranded or needs a greater effort to reach completion.

Service is key to me - no matter if it includes assisting colleagues, questions from users, trivial tasks needed to be done and other issues that might arise.
