I am very knowledgable in Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Lotus 123, Lotus Word Pro, Microsoft Paint, and I can help with Win 98 problems.  I also do know some DOS commands. I do know also some HTML commands, as well as I can also help people to understand how to properly maintain their computer. I am a student at a Technical Institute in Springdale, Arkansas, but I have been around computers since I was 9 years old, and even help out members of my family with their computer problems and questions.
