I've been in the computer maintenance/repair/diagnostics business for a little under two years now. I'm a student currently at Georgia Southwestern State University and a graduating student from South Georgia Technical College. I have a technical certification in networking (not to be confused with Network+). I have a total of seven years collective experience, professionally and non-professionally, in my field. My primary focus is on Network Management and Infrastructure, but I've done many things relating to computers. I can repair, diagnose and install most pieces of hardware. I can diagnose and install most pieces of software (albeit with a little research). I'm confident in my ability to get the job done and keep moving forward.
