Little formal IT qualifications, just a good degree of curiosity and experience through repeatedly purchasing and fixing dead PC's!
My main area of knowlege is the 'Internet', I work for a company supporting 1.5m+ globally based UK customers. I have a good working and troubleshooting knowledge of most Windows platforms, Internet Explorer and firewall/anti-virus applications.
