- Close to sixteen (16) years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis in customer service.
- Experience managing teams of IT professionals, technicians and skilled workers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using logical reasoning.
- Quick learner of any new tasks and/or technologies.
- Proven experience in network/hardware/Operating
- Project management.
- Standard OS Image building, maintenance, and deployment.
- Technical documentation.
- Microsoft’s Active Directory and Exchange, IBM’s Lotus Notes.
- Cloud technologies: Office365 (Sharepoint, OneDrive)
- Programming Languages: Delphi, Visual Basic, VBScript, HTML, COBOL.
- Data warehousing, auditing tools, and Business Intelligence: MS SQL, PL/SQL, COGNOS, COBIT, ACL, Informix, Oracle, and Visual FoxPro.
- Wireless Networking, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, Cabling and Network set up and configuration.
- Electronics and Cell Phones technical support; such as: Blackberry devices, iPhones, Android phones, Palms, Pocket PCs, GPS Units, Satellite Modems and phones, and management utilities (MaaS360 MDM tools).
