I work as an IT Consultant in Australia. My niche is providing IT Support to other IT Companies that have a skill shortage or have got themselves in trouble with an installation or have something they cannot fix.

I have worked in SME for most of my IT Career and understand the SME way of loking at things, so I know you are probably running more things on your server than you are meant to.
