* Program Leader for the workforce operations of over 270 personnel in response to multiple project needs towards a single mission goal.  Responsible to identify infrastructure requirements to support military operations.  Drafted, purchased, and implemented six IT service contracts, and three software lease contracts to provide critical IT support to local to military forces.  Architecture designed to support enterprise, spanning multiple buildings, and overseas web-based secure connections.
* Provided critical, time-sensitive congressional, and US and allied executive leaders in support of legal actions against detainees at Guantanamo Bay Cuba.  Recognized for the manning, training, and equipage of three crews of developers, system administrators, and software and hardware procurement to provide a less than 4 hour response time to congressional-level, presidential, and allied country data requests from a 250Tb archive.   Actions resulted in multiple convictions of Guantanamo detainees in military tribunals and civilian criminal courts.
* Designed and implemented $52M budget.  Implemented and moved 9 multi-million dollar contracts which ultimately saved the US Government over $10M.  Recognized for increase of resource availability without increased cost to the organization.
