Full Biography

My first job in IT was on a help desk at an ISP helping with basic networking, dial up modem and ADSL modem configurations.

I moved onto an outsourced IT company as a systems engineer providing IT support to companies ranging in size from 1 to 50 servers. While at the same company I moved into a roleI based around designing and implementing solutions for small - medium businesses. and overseeing the technical delivery.

I now work for a multinational company with a primary focus on VMware, Citrix and EMC storage.
