I am an individual who has worked in the ICT sector for more than 15 years.

I come from a mechanical background, working in the HVAC industry where I came to grips with communications technologies for the first time in the form of Building Management Systems.

This grew naturally to encompass standard computing and I soon became a full time member of the ICT sector.

My love of technology and my need to interact with people have kept me very busy following paths that tend to have me spanning technology, sales and marketing roles.

I have been in Product Management, Development and Marketing as well as being an on the ground engineer working on everything from firewalls to servers for customers of all sizes.

I have designed networks for small companies as well as redesigned networks for large companies.

I have always had a soft spot for open source technologies and have an extensive Linux skill set that I practically apply to my everyday life.
