Enhanced and streamlined Performance Pro 3 and was personally responsible for over 100 JavaScript and PHP bugfixes and numerous CSS & UI improvements.
Aided in architecting and rewriting some of Performance Pro's major functional sections, including the Language & Spellcheck engine, Employee Selector and the entire Appraisal process from beginning to end. The latter involved extensive rewrites of the JavaScript code involving XML data handling in the application.
Created an FAQ module for MCUL's internal and proprietary CMS software in use by their clients. The module was purposed for quick and easy management of clients' frequently asked questions that they wished to have displayed on their CMS-driven website.

Created the company's PTO tracking/request system from the ground up, as well as the online timecard Time Tracker system.
Improved existing and created many new reports, including the HOC company report, reducing load time from over 4 minutes to under 30 seconds, on average, by reducing the number of SQL queries the report was executing from nearly 52,000 to less than 100, on average. Yes, you read that right: Nearly Fifty-Two Thousand SQL queries, in a single report.
Drastically improved the overall speed of the entire website by introducing indexing to the database tables.
Took on the role of Acting Sr. MySQL engineer and consultant for the IT department. Drastically improved the speed of all existing reports by optimizing the SQL queries and the overall flow of the reports' execution.
Improved all searches on amclinks.com, as well as increased security measures and protocols where appropriate. Improved data validation, as well as created a random security code generator for inactive members.
Created the code necessary to rectify the counties (free text) field in the members table, which effectively parses (using regular expressions) and correctly inserts 99.999% of the counties listed by nearly 6,000 members into a lookup table with correct county name spellings and the associated states in which they reside. This was, hands down, The single greatest and most impressive piece of code I have ever written, in any language.

Co-renovated Global Pre-Paid's daily HOC Report to be nearly 100% automated in its data collection, requiring less upkeep, and also updated it to Excel 2007's new look and feel. After this renovation, the company decided to run this report throughout the year, instead of just through the Holiday season, which they had not been able to do in previous years.
