Enabled the set up of the SchoolCast emergency contact system as part of the Greenfield implementation.

Responsible for the overall IT support activities conducted in the Virginia College Online Division Region. Provided strategic and tactical direction to campus IT staff for PC hardware and software, network hardware and software, printers, phones, internet connectivity       and connection to Corporate core applications and services.
Served as 2nd level support for issue identification and resolution for campus IT staff.
Operated as the primary source for dissemination of and operation consistent with Corporate IT policies, standards, processes and guidelines.
Provided backup resource to campus IT staff to include ensuring that the campus had support in the event of absences of the local resource.
Performed periodic audits of each campus IT environment and provided the results to Corporate IT for potential resolution for issues inconsistent with Corporate direction. Provided input, feedback and recommendations to constantly improve these procedures.
Provided timelines, documentation to local campuses to ensure that corporate level software and project implementations ran smoothly.
Assisted both campuses, through IT staff, so that users were informed and trained in the use of IT related equipment and basic software.
Operated as a member of the Region President's and CIO's extended management staffs.
